COTECi TR-043 High Precision Hand-Held Scale 30kg – Portable Digital Luggage & Parcel Weighing Scale

The COTECi TR-043 High Precision Hand-Held Scale 30kg is a compact digital hanging scale designed for quickly weighing luggage, parcels, shopping bags, groceries and other everyday items.

With a 30g to 30kg weighing range, clear digital LCD display and support for grams, kilograms, pounds and ounces, the TR-043 provides a practical weighing solution for travel, home, shopping and small-business use. Its lightweight 83g ABS body, reinforced strap and steel hook make it easy to carry and use wherever a portable scale is needed.

Unlike a traditional platform weighing scale, the COTECi TR-043 uses a hanging strap and hook, allowing users to lift the item and read its weight directly from the integrated display.

Common Problems When Weighing Luggage & Parcels

Traditional weighing methods can be inconvenient when dealing with bags, parcels or other suspended items.

Common problems include:

• Difficult-to-carry luggage
• Uncertainty about airline baggage weight
• No convenient way to weigh parcels at home
• Large weighing scales taking up storage space
• Difficulty switching between measurement units
• Needing different scales for different weighing requirements
• Carrying a heavy scale during travel

A compact handheld scale provides a simpler alternative for portable weighing.

Smart Solution for Portable Weighing

The COTECi TR-043 combines a compact body, digital LCD display and reinforced hanging system in one portable scale.

Simply attach the item’s handle or suitable packaging to the reinforced strap and steel hook, lift the item carefully and read the displayed weight.

Its multiple measurement units make it suitable for both local and international weighing requirements.

Key Features

1. Up to 30kg Weighing Capacity

The TR-043 supports a maximum weighing capacity of 30kg, making it suitable for a wide range of everyday items.

It can be used for:

• Travel luggage
• Backpacks
• Shopping bags
• Parcels
• Groceries
• Household items
• Small-business packages

The listed operating range starts at approximately 30g and extends to 30kg.

2. High-Precision Digital Weighing

The scale uses a sensitive weighing system designed to provide quick and consistent weight readings for everyday applications.

It is particularly useful when you need to check luggage or package weight before travelling or shipping.

Exact measurement resolution/accuracy should be verified against the specific retail unit because current listings describe the product as high precision but do not consistently publish the same accuracy increment.

3. Clear Digital LCD Display

The built-in digital LCD display provides an easy way to read the measured weight.

This allows you to check the result immediately after lifting the item without requiring a separate display unit.

4. Four Measurement Units

The COTECi TR-043 supports four commonly used measurement units:

• g – Gram
• kg – Kilogram
• lb – Pound
• oz – Ounce

This makes the scale convenient for both domestic and international weighing requirements.

5. Reinforced Strap & Steel Hook

The scale features a reinforced hanging strap combined with a steel hook for attaching suitable bags, luggage and parcels.

The hanging design allows the item to be suspended from the scale while the user holds the main body.

6. Automatic Zero Tracking

The TR-043 includes automatic zero tracking, helping the scale maintain a convenient zero reference between measurements.

This is useful when performing repeated weighing tasks.

7. Tare / Zero Function

Some current product listings also identify a tare or peeling/zero function, which can be useful when weighing items with an additional container or packaging component.

Because retailer descriptions are not completely consistent, verify the exact button/function layout of the supplied version before publishing a detailed tare workflow.

8. Low-Battery Alert

The scale provides a low-battery indicator, helping users know when the button-cell battery needs attention.

9. Overload Alert

An overload indicator helps warn users when the measured load exceeds the scale’s supported capacity.

Do not intentionally use the scale beyond its 30kg maximum capacity.

10. Lightweight 83g Body

The COTECi TR-043 weighs approximately 83g, making it easy to carry in a suitcase, backpack, handbag or drawer.

Its compact size also makes it practical for frequent travelers.

11. Durable ABS Construction

The main body is constructed from ABS plastic, combining a lightweight design with everyday durability.

12. Compact Portable Design

The scale is listed at approximately 6 × 3cm in diameter, making it considerably easier to store than a conventional platform weighing scale.
